MFP's Customer Service Center, based in Windsor, California, provides Home Depot with in-store merchandising service and support, marketing, and order processing. MFP is the only decking and fencing supplier with a cadre of in-house Service Representatives. Our Service Reps visit each Home Depot Store within our territory every week, ensuring that the right assortment of merchandise is presented in the most effective way for the benefit of consumers across the region. Our Marketing Team systematically monitors real time point of sale data, directly from the stores, to spot new buying trends and consumer preferences, and ensure that we supply the right product at the right price with the right supporting materials. Our Order Processing Department assists Store Managers and Consumers alike in obtaining special order merchandise promptly and cost effectively.
