 Our Operations
MFP's operations include:
- Our Sawmill in Ukiah, California that maximizes the yield of each log by utilizing the latest computerized processing software and equipment. Dry kiln, planing, and fencing re-saw operations are integrated into the Ukiah site.
- Our Calpella, California Distribution Center (CDC) protects finished products awaiting delivery to The Home Depot in an efficient 300,000 square foot climate-controlled warehouse. The CDC's covered loading area, internal truck fleet, and acres of additional outside storage ensure rapid response to customer delivery requirements. The CDC plays an integral role in our partnerships with US Fence, Sierra Pacific Industries and Fiberon for the distribution of vinyl, aluminum and composite fencing and decking.
- Our Customer Service Center in Windsor, California provides store support to lumber departments of more than 240 Home Depot stores in California, Arizona and Nevada.
- Our Atlanta Development Center works closely with the Home Depot executive offices to identify important consumer trends, new product opportunities, and to achieve mutual business development goals.
