To add beautiful touches to your new fence, choose from the following accessories:
Gates
MFP offers¹ two pre-built redwood gates:
MFP also offers¹ pre-built cedar gates in Gothic (pointed) picket and lattice top options:
- A 36" wide, 68-1/2" high lattice top gate, with 12" of privacy lattice
- A 35" wide, 42" high gate made with 1"x4" Gothic pickets
Post Caps
Add a touch of elegance to your new fence by crowning your fence posts with a redwood or copper post cap.
MFP offers¹ 6 styles of redwood post caps:
- Gothic, with graceful curves rising to a flat point
- Square, with angled sides rising to a flat top
- Round, with a redwood ball
- Hatterus, with a slip-over mount and four gracefully angled sides rising to a flat top
- Newport Classic, with sides like fine crown molding and a flat top
- Newport Hi Pyramid, with a Newport style sides and a top rising to a pyramid
MFP offers¹ 2 sizes of pyramid-style copper post caps with redwood bases, one 4"x4", the other 6"x6".

Kickboards
 Building your new fence with a redwood kickboard creates an attractive framed look and will provide longer life by protecting the fence boards from ground contact. For durability, MFP recommends using a Con-Heart kickboard. 2"x6" rough Con-Heart kickboards are commonly used, and are available¹ from MFP in 8' and 12' lengths.
Trim
1"x1" redwood trim can be attached between fence boards and posts, and along fence rails for extra privacy and a neater, finished appearance for your new fence¹.
